I love you Swimming Star Talia!

 So sad to have heard he news earlier about talia going into everyone's heart and up into the stars. A fellow Youtuber she has such a sweet heart and kind voice that can make anyone's day. I've first heard of her on Ellen's show. That's was such an amazing moment. 

 As the days leading up to talia no longer having her feet on the ground but watching over all of us with her kind heart, It was hard to watch such strong young lady go. She will be forever missed and loved forever. Love you taliajoy18

All over extreme w/o ahh done.

Finished up a great all over Extreme body workout, sweating all over. Full on #beastmode ended it with some yoga and meditation. Namaste.

Love, no mater what it will always go on, never forget once you tell someone I love you, your heart will forever beat for there's, there's will beat for yours. The little things will remind you of that one person you love and then you will smile and say "I love you" where ever your true love is, they love you and you love them. Love is the most powerful thing in the world remember that my gym drops!
